SGC, Stargate and grenade

Hi to everyone,
First and foremost, the whole StargateTC: Source development team wants to wish you a happy new year 2008 (a little late), with everything that usually goes with it, bliss, health and success!
So as to focus on the mod, let's summarize what has been done since the last - and, we admit it, remote - piece of news. First of all, we showed our model of the stargate to you, which comes back today, endowed with its materials, by Axel and Legends.

Then, one of our level designer, Rafik, has started up a replicator-mod map taking place in the Stargate Command, so far, we have a part of the level 28, notably the gate room, the surrounding hallways and the briefing and command rooms (those last two are almost propless).

Finally, a new weapon model has been modelized, UV mapped and textured, respectively by Nexus, Axel and Legends, the M67 hand grenade is through.

And that will be all for today.
A quick breaking news, it seems that, for an unknown but yet obvious reason, the domain name stargatetcsource.fr was registered and now redirects to our competitor's website. We just want to clear things up, StargateTC: Source has, in spite of this incident that may lead to a misunderstanding, no bond with this other project.
To finish this up, let's keep in mind that we are looking for people able to fulfill the level designer and UV mapper positions.
Hoping you are well.

Hi everyone.
Once again, after a long time without any news, we're coming back with, this time, a bunch of screenshots which will show you the work that has been done suring the last months (unfinished for most of them). They've been showed last week at the annual event by PMods : the Mods Party ; you'll also be able to download the diaporama Powerpoint that has been used to tout the mod.
In it, you'll find not only the screens in the news, but also some slides that explain the mod game design we've been working on, that reflects what the mod will be. As usual and naturally, every suggestion is welcome.
We also acquaint you that we succeeded in finding a programmer during the Mods Party who is already working on the mod. Nonetheless, we're still looking for levels designers, 2D and 3D artists, and sound artists.
I quite love this news since thanks to the Powerpoint, I don't have to write down a long speech about which no one gives a shit. !
Enjoy...
There is the slides of our performance.

Have a nice day...

Hi you, new or old fans and welcome to StargateTC: Source.
Then, you're on the website of a modification for the game Half-Life², which succeeds to the Half-Life mod StargateTC and allows you to play a FPS that immerses the player in the universe of the TV show Stargate SG-1 by playing as your favorite characters in some of the most famous places seen in the show.
Like the mod on the old engine, this new one will offer a singleplayer adventure, some fierce fights in the multiplayer game mode and a game experience wholly redesigned to bring you more pleasure before your screens.
Thanks to our great experience and the years spent to work on StargateTC, we hope make you like to play this game, fully created for you, fans, in this universe we all like : Stargate's one.
We need to make you notice that the website is temporary until the final design is finished by our graphist. Thanks for understanding.
